Nice small boutique hotel near the pier. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast which you can enjoy with a beach view. The fitness room is okay, but there’s also a fitness center 10min by feet. Rooftop pool is okay but the view is nice. Rooms are fine and the staff is friendly and service oriented. The only thing is, that as my room was located towards the ocean, there's still a street in between with sometimes really loud traffic. But that's not that fault of the hotel. It’s not as close to the center or main beach as you might think. (3 nights / superior king room with sea view / incl. breakfast)

The room is nice. The bathtub works well. There’s no balcony. (It’s a small road behind the room) there’s a pool and a gym at the rooftop. The hotel is in front of the beach but it’s a pier there. You have to walk just a little bit to the real beach. Walkable distance from nightlife and restaurant area (about 1-1.5 km) so it’s not too bad. The staff are nice.

A very good experience. Loved the room, great views of the water and beach activities. The Spa bath is a must also offering views of the water. Set in a quieter part of the Patong offering spacious modern rooms and a good balcony to chill. The restaurant is nice offering good cuisine and reception is very friendly and efficient.

Fantastic hotel. Room is excellent. The bed is large and very comfortable. The view from my room overlooks the bay. The pillows and towels are great and plenty of them. Very quiet at night time if you like your sleep. Only a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants.

The view and the room was good. The breakfast was limited and could be better. The pool could have been better but it was fine as well. Their pizza was the best thing I’ve had in a long time. The location is alright with a 7-11 around the corner. The beach was also a 8 minute walk away from. The staff were very kind and patient.

If you are looking for a 3 star hotel you are getting a 2 star hotel. Dont be surprised to see broken/missing things in your room like toilet paper holder, lamps, cloth holding hooks. The property is beach front for sure but rooms are super cramped and concrete pillars are at any ramdom place. Go for upper floors if you are looking for sea view room. Breakfast only has 3 different styles to choose from. No buffet like breakfast in this hotel. Very dull lighting in room due to broken/missing lights. AC works but takes huge time to chill out the room. Staff is super helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights and will definitely come back to this hotel again. The people at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and big. We enjoyed the pool and gym on the roof - great for sunset cocktails. I read a few negative reviews about this hotel, but I am convinced that this is only from people who were impossible to please. Some guests there were really rude and self-entitled. But I saw the staff handle them in a calm and professional way. One time guests demanded free breakfasts, another time they just lit up cigarettes inside the restaurant. I saw the same guests sleeping on the sofas in the restaurant. Some people really need to learn how to behave as guests. These were isolated incidents and most of the guests were nice. Thank you for the great stay.
